TERMS OF SERVICE
- These are the terms and conditions applicable to students and partners of Educonnhub.com. Please read this agreement carefully before participating.
- By registering on Educonnhub.com (including as an Affiliate, Affiliate Manager, or Instructor), we understand that you have read and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement.
- The latest updates (if any) will be posted here. Educonnhub.com will not individually notify partners, so please check back here regularly for the latest policies.
GENERAL TERMS
Clause 1: Personal Account Information
- When registering an account on Educonnhub.com, to receive quick support, please provide complete and accurate information: Full name, Email, Phone number (if applicable), etc.
- We use your contact information to send course activation codes, promotional program notifications, password change confirmations, etc.
- You can log in using your Educonnhub account (email + password) or log in via Linkedin, Facebook, Google, Apple.
- You may update or deactivate (delete) your account at any time when no longer needed.
Clause 2: Information Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Educonnhub.com is not liable for any losses arising from password disclosure.
- We commit to protecting your personal information and will not disclose it to any third party. However, we may provide this information upon request from law enforcement agencies as required by law.
- You have lifelong ownership of registered courses: no limit on participation frequency or study duration.
- You are not allowed to download or share course videos on the Internet in any form. Violations will result in account suspension and legal responsibility.
Clause 3: Course Evaluation and Discussion
- Students participating in courses on Educonnhub.com have the right to evaluate course quality. During the learning process, students can post comments and suggestions in the Discussion section within the lesson interface to receive support from Educonnhub.com specialists and instructors. Additionally, courses on Educonnhub.com has a dedicated Community Group for students and instructors to discuss professional issues.
Clause 4: Prohibited Use of Services
- Interfering with Educonnhub.com services or courses using any tool or method.
- Distributing or advocating interference and sabotage activities against Educonnhub.com course content outside the platform.
- Sharing accounts among multiple users.
- Offending others in any form.
- Impersonating others.
- Discussing political, religious, or ethnic issues.
- Damaging the reputation of products, services, or courses within the Educonnhub.com system.
- Buying, selling, or transferring Educonnhub.com accounts or courses.
- Impersonating Educonnhub.com.
Upon discovering such behaviors from your account, Educonnhub.com reserves the right to revoke all related account privileges (including account suspension) or use the information provided during registration to transfer to law enforcement agencies for legal processing as per regulations.
TERMS FOR AFFILIATES AND AGENTS
Clause 8. Distribution Policy for Courses with Affiliates
- Policies and mechanisms for Affiliates are updated here. Educonnhub.com will not individually notify each Affiliate of policy changes.
- Specific terms regarding the use of the educonnhub.com brand name and prohibited behaviors.
Clause 9. Distribution Policy for Courses with Agents
- Agents are not allowed to sell/give pre-existing accounts to students; only course activation codes can be sold.
- Requirements for notifying educonnhub.com via email when creating a sales website.
TERMS FOR INSTRUCTORS
Clause 10. Promotion and Gift Course Program
- Educonnhub.com proactively implements promotional and combo programs to increase revenue for partners and Educonnhub.com. Partners can opt out by notifying [email protected].
Clause 11. Selling Courses and Refunding Students
- Instructors have the right to sell and distribute courses, taking direct responsibility for student rights.
Clause 12. Distribution of Courses on Other Platforms within educonnhub.com
- Educonnhub.com reserves the right to distribute instructors' courses on their other platforms.
PAYMENT
Clause 13. Commission, Bonus, and Income Tax Payment
- Partners of educonnhub.com will share revenue as per the agreement with educonnhub.com. Contact educonnhub.com for details.
TERMINATION AND TERMS UPDATES
Clause 14. Termination of Collaboration Agreement
- Any fraudulent activity or violation of the above terms will result in termination of collaboration agreements or, more severely, account closure and cancellation of all educonnhub.com achievements without prior notice.
Clause 15. Updating Terms
- Educonnhub.com may change, amend, or supplement this agreement at any time to update the latest policies. Significant updates will be communicated to related partners.
